Homework: Most homework you will do but not turn in. You will be quizzed on it. Some homework will need to be written up the old fashoned way and then uploaded into D2L. Quizzes: There will be regular quizzes. These will be protocted via Zoom.
Tests: There will be four tests, one for each chapter we cover. These will be protocted via Zoom.
Final: There will be a two hour comprehensive final exam. The exam date will be announced later. It will be protocted via Zoom.
Grades: Your course grade will be computed as follows. The pretest and turned in homework with count as one quiz grade each. The quizzes will be averaged with the lowest two dropped (but the pretest and hwks cannot be dropped). This quiz average will count 20% of your grade. Each chapter test will count for 15% of your grade. (The lowest test grade is NOT dropped.) The final will count for 20% of yoour grade.
Cheating: The minimum penalty for cheating is a grade of F in the course. The Dean of the College may wish to take further action. There will be multiple versions of the quizzes, tests and the final. You are prohibited from using any solutions manuals.
