Tutoring information:
http://www.pearsoncustom.com/il/siuc_math/. This site has free online tutoring. It requires as access code that should have come with you textbook. If your book does not have this you may go to the bookstore (maybe just 710 the others may not have this) and get an access code free. It requires the Windows operating system. Since I use Linux I cannot access the site.
The Math Department has free tutoring SundayThursday evenings on the second floor of Neckers. See: http://www.math.siu.edu/helpsess.shtml.

The College of Engineering also has free tutoring in certain dorms. See: http://www.engr.siu.edu/tutoring.html
To find a private tutor you can call the Math Dept (4535302) and ask for the list of math students who do private tutoring. The cost is negotiated between you and the tutor. The University is not officially involved with this.
